Care Session
For bicycles that need to feel fresh again.
A Care Session takes care of the things that change gradually through everyday riding: a drivetrain that has become noisy, shifting that is slightly out, brake feel, tyre pressure and sealant, loose interfaces or small changes in setup.
The bicycle is cleaned where necessary, checked as a complete system and adjusted back into line. We also assess wear and flag anything that will need attention soon. It is intentionally a light service — designed to keep a well-maintained bicycle running quietly rather than taking it apart.
Includes light clean, drivetrain clean and lubrication, shifting adjustment, brake adjustment, tyre and sealant check, pressure setup, torque and safety check, basic bearing check, wear assessment and minor setup corrections.

Full Care
Every bicycle needs a proper reset eventually.
Full Care is the deeper service we recommend roughly once a year for regularly ridden bicycles. The bicycle is thoroughly cleaned and inspected, components are removed where necessary and the areas that are normally left untouched are opened up and checked.
The drivetrain is assessed in detail, brakes are serviced and bled where required, bearings and interfaces are inspected, tubeless systems are refreshed and worn consumables are replaced. New chain, bar tape, brake pads or other service parts are fitted where necessary before the complete bicycle is set up, torqued and checked again.
The objective is not simply to make the bicycle look clean. It is to bring the complete system back to a known, reliable baseline.
Includes deep clean, drivetrain deep clean and inspection, brake bleed where required, brake pad inspection, headset / bottom bracket / wheel bearing checks, critical interfaces checked and serviced where necessary, tubeless refresh, chain wear measurement and replacement where required, new bar tape where required, torque and safety check, setup reset and final road check.
