NIGHT RIDE places a race bicycle outside the controlled environment of racing.

There are no closed roads, no course and no finish line. Instead, there is traffic, changing light and movement in every direction. Speed already exists here. The bicycle has to find its place within it.

The bicycle remains highly specific.
The conditions do not.

For a few hours, racing becomes something shared with the city.
