Cadence Creatives is a Berlin-based project built around bicycles, the people who ride them and the decisions that make them work. We think about bicycles as systems. Frame, wheels, position, tyres, gearing, use and aesthetics are never isolated choices. They affect each other, and the interesting part begins when they start to belong together.
That idea runs through everything we do - from complete builds and system reviews to wheel testing, editorial projects and conversations with builders and brands. The aim is not to remove compromise. It is to make the compromise intentional.

Cadence started with me.
I grew up around bicycles. My grandfather was constantly working on them. My father rode. As a kid, I spent a lot of time around tools, loose wheels and bikes that were never quite finished. I did not understand much of it then. I just noticed when things felt right - a proportion, a material, the way one component changed the character of another.
Later came racing, long days outside and work across different parts of the cycling industry - media, agencies, Lightweight, Aurum and a growing number of smaller builders and workshops. The technical side always interested me, but so did everything around it.
Why one bicycle feels calm and another feels restless. Why certain objects age well. Why some brands are interesting before you even look at the specifications. Why a small decision can change the whole thing.
Cadence grew somewhere in between.
